Carriers used
Officina Estetica ships its orders via BRT, GLS or Poste Italiane (Poste Delivery Business Express).
The carrier is chosen based on the order type and destination, to ensure the best possible service.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Average delivery times in Italy are 2-3 business days.
- For islands and remote locations, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days.

- Orders from €49.90: Free
- Orders under €49.90: €6.40

- Austria and Germany: €13
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €16
- France, Denmark, Slovenia, Hungary: €18
- Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden: €21
- Portugal, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €25
- Ireland, Slovakia: €28
- Finland: €34
Delivery and attempts
- Couriers normally make two free delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable, the package will be held in storage at the nearest branch, depot or post office.
- Storage may incur an additional fee or have a maximum collection deadline, which varies depending on the courier used.
- It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the specified timeframe to avoid it being returned to the sender.
Tracking
- Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with the details.
- All packages can be tracked online using the provided shipping code.
Important notes
- Packages travel uninsured.
- If the package appears damaged, accept it subject to inspection. Claims will not be accepted if the package is collected without this indication.
- In case of failure to collect, the goods will return to Officina Estetica.
- Whoever signs for the delivery is responsible for the collection.
