Shipping Policy

Couriers used

Officina Estetica ships its orders via GLS , BRT (S2H) or Poste Italiane (Poste Delivery Business Express) .
The courier is selected based on the type of order and destination to ensure the best possible service.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Average delivery times in Italy are 2-3 working days .
For islands and remote locations, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days .

Delivery and attempts

Couriers normally make two free delivery attempts .
In case of absence, the package will be placed in storage at the nearest branch, warehouse or post office.
Storage may incur an additional cost or a maximum collection time, which varies depending on the courier used.
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the specified time frame to avoid it being returned to the sender.

Tracking

Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or email with the details.
All packages can be tracked online using the tracking code provided.

Important notes

Packages travel uninsured.
If the packaging appears damaged, accept the package with reservations . Claims will not be accepted if the package is collected without such indication.
In case of failure to collect, the goods will be returned to Officina Estetica.
Whoever signs for the delivery is responsible for collection.
