RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with a product , you can return it within 14 days of delivery .

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to shop.officinaestetica@gmail.com .

The right of withdrawal is ALWAYS subject to the following conditions:

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety without any signs of wear and/or opening;
It is possible to apply the right of withdrawal to part of the order (e.g. returned Item A, retained Items CEF)
The right does not apply to cosmetic products or products sealed once opened;
The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, packaging, accessories, etc.);
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer;
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt at our warehouses, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Officina Estetica will notify the Customer of the incident to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier of their choice. In this event, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the Customer, cancelling the request for withdrawal;

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Freight forward shipments will NEVER be accepted.

Within 14 days of the returned goods arriving at our premises, you will be refunded the purchase cost and shipping costs, if applicable.
