Apply the dropper to the top of the vial and, with a firm movement, open the vial by breaking it at the pre-breaking ring. Remove the broken part and place the dropper on the neck of the open vial. Apply light pressure to the dropper to dispense about half of the contents into the palm of your hand. Dab the product onto cleansed face, neck, and décolleté until completely absorbed.
