We recommend taking one 15 ml scoop diluted in a large glass of water (200 ml) twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach—once in the morning and once in the afternoon; or dilute two to three 15 ml scoops in one liter of water and drink throughout the day. Depending on your needs, you can increase the recommended dosage by one scoop per day. Shake the bottle well before each use. (Contains a measuring scoop.)
