Apply 30ml of product to areas affected by cellulite, such as thighs, buttocks, hips, and abdomen, avoiding particularly sensitive areas like the breasts. Massage for a few minutes, cover with plastic wrap, and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Remove the product in the shower.
This product can also be used in the bath. Open a sachet, pour it into the tub, and fill with warm water. Use your hands to help the mud disperse.
