HOW TO USE
For compress wraps: dilute 30 ml of product in 100 ml of water (20 ml for sensitive skin or cold weather). Soak the bandages, wring them out, and wrap them from the ankle to the groin, including the abdomen. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and gently pat the skin dry.
